This is the letter sent to Richard Varty the Top Hat Gaming Man after illegally using a copyrighted photo of Ray Harryhausen in his Altered Beast video.
Richard’s wife Lady Decade made a crying video saying the photographer that took the photo sent a terrifying, legal sounding, confusing letter on a Saturday to their brand manager and said the letter was like “Surprise bitch! Pay me this money or I’m going to ruin your life”.
